Discover the enchanting Japanese-inspired art of Kinyusiaga! Over this three-week series, you will transform scrap fabrics into vibrant, textured masterpieces. Whether you are a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner, this class offers a unique way to "paint" with textiles to create stunning wall art.

What is Kinyusiaga?
Kinyusiaga is a contemporary take on the traditional Japanese art of Kimekomi. While it looks like intricate embroidery or quilting, there is no sewing involved! The process involves creating a design on a foam board base and "tucking" the edges of carefully chosen fabric scraps into pre-cut grooves. This creates a beautiful, padded, 3D effect. The result is a clean, professional-looking piece of art that celebrates color, pattern, and texture.
Class Details
In this 3-week journey, you will complete one art board per week. You can customize your collection by choosing from our four signature designs:
The Regal Cat: Capture the personality of a fluffy feline in fabric.
The Radiant Sunset: Play with warm gradients and bold patterns.
The Great Wave: Master the art of movement and crashing foam using cool blues and whites.

Investment: $90 (Covers all three sessions and materials), $30 for each.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that this workshop is nonrefundable. If you’re unable to attend, we’re happy to prepare a take-home kit for you, available for pickup during the week following the event. The kit will include all the supplies needed to complete the project at home. All kits must be picked up within one week of the scheduled class date
