About this Event
In this upcoming Kintsugi workshop, my daughter and I will come together not only as teachers, but as fellow travelers on a journey of healing. As she continues her path in recovery, we will share our story—openly and honestly—about what it means to break, to rebuild, and to find beauty in the process. Together, we’ll hold space for reflection, connection, and the quiet courage it takes to begin again.
During the workshop, each participant will gently break a piece of pottery and then mend it using the art of Kintsugi, sealing the cracks with gold. This powerful practice reminds us that our broken places are not something to hide, but something to honor. As we repair and paint, we’ll reflect on how healing can transform our wounds into something even stronger and more meaningful than before—each golden seam telling a story of resilience, hope, and renewal.
Refreshments will be provided by Reed's farm.
We will also supply you with a healing journey notebook.
