Marilyn has over two decades of coaching experience across various sectors including finance, education, retail, and government. Specialising in accelerative learning and performance enhancement, she excels at improving productivity, interdepartmental synergy, and organisational focus. A published author and accomplished speaker, Marilyn has delivered impactful workshops and courses for numerous high-profile organisations, including HM Treasury and Cranfield University. Known for her engaging and transformational teaching style, she combines analytical precision with creative problem-solving to drive lasting change.

Erika Brodnock MBE

Co-founder of Kinhub, Erika is a multi-award winning entrepreneur, PhD in Behavioural Science, and MBA. As a published author and inspirational speaker, she creates digital resources focusing on emotional & social learning, support for working parents, and workplace equity. Erika is also Sky News’ resident parenting and child wellbeing expert, and her report, Gender Beyond Equity, has highlighted inequalities in access to financing and growth opportunities for overlooked demographics.
