About this Event
An intense revision course over 3 days aimed at covering key clinical topics and conditions that are commonly encountered in the viva and clinical examination sections of the FRCS (Tr & Orth) exam.
This course draws upon the experience of King’s College Hospital both as a university teaching hospital, as well as a Major Trauma Centre (MTC).
Leading Surgeons from King’s College Hospital, and the KHP partnership and renowned orthopaedic surgeons from all over the UK provide input into the teaching.
The format of the course consists of a combination of both small and large group teaching sessions: small group viva sessions over the first 2 days, which is unique to this course, and interactive sessions on 'must know' topics in each orthopaedic subspecialty.
The final day consists of face to face individual vivas and clinical examination to simulate the actual exam. Candidates will be marked as per the exam, and feedback will be given on their performance on the final day.
Candidates for the course are limited to 16 to allow candidates the maximum time possible for the sessions.
The cost of this event is £695
