Timed entry only: Your wristband works only during each venue’s listed time slot. Once a time slot ends, you can’t go back to an earlier stop.

Expedited line entry: Wristbands give you priority over walk-ins and regular guestlist, but you still need to line up for security checks. That keeps the night safe for everyone.

Plan ahead: Get to the early stops on time so you don’t miss the best part of the route.

Details: This is a timed stop. Your wristband is valid only during this time slot.

Details: This is a timed stop. If you still need a wristband, the cutoff is 11:00 PM.

Century Toronto

Details: This is the big finish. Everyone meets here from 11:00 PM onward to close out the night together.

• Wristband pickup is timed. If you miss the pickup window, you may lose wristband benefits for the night.
• Timed entry applies at each stop. Your wristband is valid only during each venue’s listed time slot.
• Plan ahead. Show up early so you don’t miss stops or end up rushing.

Access: Your wristband is valid only during each venue’s listed time slot. Once a time slot ends, you cannot go back to a previous venue. Wristband pickup is not available after the pickup window ends.

Cover vs. line: Your wristband gives you entry without paying cover during crawl hours, but it does not let you skip the line. All venues are first come, first served and everyone still goes through standard security. No exceptions.

Drinks: Wristbands do not include free drinks. Some venues may offer specials, but they are not guaranteed.

Final cutoff: Wristband distribution ends at 11:00 PM at the second-last stop. If you arrive after the cutoff, you won’t be able to get a wristband. No refunds are provided for missed wristband pickup.

Plan ahead, arrive on time, and you’ll have smooth access to every stop.

• Pick Up Wristbands On Time: Collect your wristband(s) during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 12:00AM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no wristband, no entry.
• Assign a Proxy if Needed: Can't make the check-in? Have a friend pick up your wristband to ensure you don’t miss out.
• Note Club Schedule: Each venues’ scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITALCRAWL MAP." Wristbands (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
• Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL CRAWL MAP" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

• Age Requirement: You must be 19 years or older with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
• Wristbands: Your wristband is your key to entry. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive your wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No wristband, no entry.
• Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
• Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
• Dresscode Guideline: Dressing classy is highly recommended. No sportswear, flip flops, sidebags, or streetwear. No refunds will be provided if entry is denied for this reason.
• Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
• Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. Toronto Nightclubs, its affiliates, venues, staff, and organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
• Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
