Amanda Alchemy is a breath and sound facilitator who serves as an earth-centered guide, holding space for deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-trust. Her work weaves conscious breath, somatic awareness, hands-on healing, and inner parts work to support reconnection with body wisdom and intuition—honoring the body’s inherent capacity to heal gracefully and sustainably.
