A decade in the making, Eliy Orcko and King Buu reunite for a landmark performance celebrating ten years of evolution, experimentation, and underground resilience.Their story begins in Cleveland’s DIY circuit at the now-defunct venue Blank Slate, where the two artists first connected. What followed were years of shared stages, unpredictable performances, and a chemistry rooted in chaos and sincerity. While their artistic paths eventually diverged, their connection endured marked by continued collaboration, mutual support, and a shared appearance on Cleveland’s Twibrite event in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the years since, both artists have carved distinct identities.
Eliy Orcko has expanded beyond performance into community-building, founding We Good Records, a platform focused on fostering creative independence and sustainability for emerging artists. At the same time, King Buu has continued refining their signature Bizarro Rock sound culminating in their latest release, “Kaiju Stuu & The Destruction of King Buu,” an explosive, genre-defying project that signals a bold return to form.
Now, their journeys converge once again.
On July 18th, Eliy Orcko and King Buu take the stage at The Grog Shop in Cleveland, Ohio an iconic destination venue for a one-night event commemorating ten years of growth, divergence, and creative kinship.
More than a performance, this show stands as a testament to longevity in underground music, the power of artistic independence, and the enduring bonds formed through shared beginnings.
