Neural-Fascial-Lymphatic applications for deep healing of the lower extremity. This course offers advanced manual therapy skills that will facilitate hands-on mastery.
It will integrate techniques from a multitude of approaches.
Course objectives:
-How the neuro lymphatic system works and how to leverage it
-Understanding fascia to create dynamic effective and efficient applications
-Lower extremity kinematics and movement for home care and activities for daily living (ADL)
-Pelvis, low back, disc and LE dysfunction management
-Applications in a hands on setting for lower extremity neural manipulation and
autonomic nervous system regulation
Bio-
Dr. Michael Hillenbrand DC, MS, L. Ac has been practicing advanced manual therapy for 30 years in a multitude of medical and private practice settings. He has extensive training in manual therapy and various movement practices.
He teaches around the country at chiropractic and acupuncture schools, as well as many courses specifically for bodyworkers. These courses have included practitioners in Trager, movement, fascial anatomy, lymphatics, visceral-cranial manipulation, peripheral neural therapies, and yoga and movement teachers. He has studied Aikido for over 30 years and currently teaches it in his community.
