About this Event
Join us at The Depot in Macclesfield for a seasonal KIMCHI fermentation masterclass with Jules from The Plucky Pickle, plus, lunch and drinks from Chef Rich Carver from Honest Crust at The Depot.
Jules will be delving into the wonders of fermentation, including a brief history behind kimchi. You will make your very own AWARD WINNING KIMCHI to take home with you to ferment, with tips and tricks how to look after your ferment at home.
We will make a seasonal kimchi ready for the festivities to either enjoy yourself or decant into smaller jars to gift to family and friends.
