Join us for The Winter Olympics - Yoga Style!In this Winter Olympics-themed yoga class, kids will ski, skate, and sled their way through playful poses inspired by winter sports. Along the way, we'll practice calming breathwork to stay focused like athletes and explore mindfulness to help us remain present, peaceful, and proud of our efforts. It’s a cozy, fun-filled way to build strength, balance, and inner calm with no snow gear needed!
Details:
- Grades 1-8
- $30 per child
- Dress in comfy (or USA themed!) clothing
- Bring a yoga mat and water bottle - other supplies provided
Parents: you can drop off your kids or stay in the lobby! Parents will not be participating in the kids' class.
