LITTLE LOTUS RISE Kids Yoga Teacher Training

This program is an offer for yoga teachers, parents, school teachers, therapists, sport leaders, caregivers and all professionals who work with kids that want to continue their education. Open to everyone✨✨✨
This is a 12hrs Continuing Education Program -YACEP completed by the course of a weekend (6 hours each day)

About the teacher:
Carolina Figares is an ERYT500 yoga alliance certified yoga teacher.
She is a provider of YACEP- continuing education programs.
Carolina also coordinates teacher trainings, workshops and international retreats.
With studies on hatha, ashtanga, yin yoga, kriya yoga, prenatal and yoga for children certified trainer at yoga kids and peaceful babes.
She has a degree in psychology which assists her as an agent to support self-discovering and self-transformation. She had also completed the Florida early child care and education training (special needs).
She is the author of kids yoga book
“My first sun salutation” in collaboration with Pato Segovia, Uruguayan illustrator.
