Join us for this super fun and friendly Kids Yoga Taster class with qualified Yoga teacher Sophie Rey.This class is suitable for children 7+ years old but do feel free to contact us at [email protected] if your child falls a little below this age, and we are happy to discuss suitability.
Following on from this are 3 Mini Workshops exploring the elements!
You will need to disclose before booking any special requirements / physical limitations your child/ children may have to ensure we can offer the most supportive and nurturing space possible.
