Zen out before the holidays with Ms. Holly for our kids yoga series!Help your little ones find their calm and build mindfulness skills during this busy holiday season. Ms. Holly will guide children through age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques in a fun, supportive environment that encourages both movement and inner peace.
30-minute classes meet on Sundays:
November 16, 23, 30 & December 7
Ages 3-4 at 3:00pm
Ages 5-7 at 3:30pm
Each session focuses on developing flexibility, balance and emotional regulation while introducing kids to the benefits of yoga and meditation. Perfect for helping children excitement and stress!
Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
No prior yoga experience necessary – just come ready to stretch, breathe and have fun!
Passport Members - $20/child
Community Members - $28/child
