Kids Yoga, Mindfulness & Soft Play Open House @ Wild Roots - Town Center

Join us for a fun and engaging Kids Yoga & Mindfulness session followed by soft play at the wonderful Wild Roots, Times Square Center. This is the perfect opportunity for mini yogis ages 3-7 to practice Kids Yoga & Mindfulness, socialize, play, explore and discover. Our experienced Kids Yoga trainer Carla Julian will guide your minis through a series of gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises, designed to promote mindfulness and well-being.

Whether your little one is a seasoned yogi, or just starting out, this event is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. It is a great way to connect with other like minded moms, while the little ones enjoy practising and soft play.
