Join The Mindfulness Movement for a 4-week Kids Yoga Club at Valentine Hills Elementary School, presented in partnership with Mounds View Community Education. This after-school enrichment class is perfect for children in grades 1–5 who are ready to explore movement, mindfulness, and connection in a fun and supportive environment.
Each weekly session includes:
🧘‍♂️ Beginner-friendly yoga poses
🌬️ Breathing exercises and mindfulness games
🧠 Activities that build focus, resilience, and self-regulation
🤝 Opportunities for calm connection and confidence-building
Led by licensed teacher and certified yoga instructor Tara Willits, this club promotes physical wellness, emotional balance, and a mindful mindset, one breath at a time.
