Led by Emma Berger-Singer, children ages three to eight are invited to move through a series of yoga postures, imaginative sequences, engaging breath-work, visualizations, and explore a variety of art mediums for making artwork that they can take home with them. We will explore yoga through movement, restorative play, mindfulness, visualizations, and self-expression. This exploration helps children increase mind and body awareness, strength, flexibility, focus, and creativity.
This session is all about fairy magic-- costumes encouraged!
