Come join us for kids yoga & story time!We will have circle time, introductions, move through some yoga poses, breathwork, songs and maybe a little dancing. After yoga we will read a yogic story or children’s mindfulness book and work on a coloring sheet together or a craft. Then we will spend time in the play area socializing. This will be a fun activity to do with your kids and not just sit on the sidelines! Come ready to move and be modeling the movements.
Join us for connection with other kids & parents, kids yoga & story time for kids ages 1-5.
