Earth Day Kids Yoga Adventure

Celebrate the beauty of our planet with a playful and creative Kids Yoga class on Sunday, April 19th from 10:00–10:45 AM at Sozo Healing House.

This Earth Day–inspired class invites little yogis to move, breathe, and connect with nature through fun yoga poses, imagination, and mindful moments.

What to expect:

Nature-inspired yoga poses (stretch like trees, flow like water)

Simple breathing exercises to feel calm and grounded

Exploring sound and mindfulness

Hands-On Earth Day Activity:

Each child will create their own rain stick to take home. We will use our handmade instruments during a calming sound moment, connecting to the soothing rhythm of rain and the earth.

Perfect for kids who love nature, movement, and creative play.
