Our Kids’ Yoga class offers a calm, supportive space for children to move, breathe, and build lifelong tools for emotional regulation and mindfulness. This 45-minute class blends gentle structure with age-appropriate fun, helping kids feel grounded, confident, and connected to their bodies.Through mindful movement, simple breathing exercises, and guided relaxation, students learn how to notice their emotions, calm their nervous systems, and practice focus in a way that feels accessible and engaging. Classes are intentionally designed to support emotional awareness, stress management, and self-regulation; skills that extend beyond the studio and into daily life.
This is a drop-off class for ages 6 and older. Yoga mats are welcome but not required. Parents are welcome to relax in the lobby or step out to explore nearby shops or coffee spots while their child is in class.
