Join us for a fun and interactive kids yoga class every Monday at 3:15 PM! This class is designed to help children develop flexibility and mindfulness. Each session is full of playful poses, music, breathing exercises, and engaging activities. Parents are welcome to stay and join the class (space permitting), drop off and pick up, or relax in the lobby.
Drop-in rate: $15 per child
Bring a sibling for $10.
