Kids Yoga ages (5-12)
Fun and light child oriented yoga, meditation and mindfulness. Studies have shown Yoga can help improve attention, self-regulation and concentration in children. Yoga programs have been linked to better academic performance and social integration. Mindfulness and Meditation along with Yoga can reduce stress and depressive symptoms in adolescents. On a physical level Yoga helps to improve flexibility, strength and coordination.Yoga at the Awoken Space will be most essentially delightful, cheerful and full of surprises. Along with learning Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation, kids can expect to Dance, Sing and Have a Great Time.
