Kids Wheel Throwing is back! Join us on Saturday April 4th to bring a love and appreciation for handmade pots to the kids in our life! We will go through all the steps of making a pot on the potters wheel, and each maker will get to create one piece on their own (But we'll still be there to help at every step)!Notes: This class will take place at our Production Studio at 17 Baker St. in Wheeling! This is not a drop-off activity! Parents must stay with children during the event. Photographs and questions about the process are encouraged!
Tickets for this event are $40 each. We’ll provide you with all of the materials you need to complete your project as well as step-by-step instruction on how to make your piece. No previous experience with clay necessary! After your piece is complete, we’ll keep it so that it can dry completely then we’ll fire it in a glaze color of your choosing! Once complete, you can pick up your piece at our shop at 747 Market Street (corner of 8th and Market)!
We ask that you purchase tickets in advance, as our Kids Wheel Throwing events tend to sell out quickly. Tickets can be purchased through our website.
