Introducing the First-Ever Hiking Club for Kids!No competition. No pressure. Just pure fun and adventure!We’re thrilled to launch a unique experience where kids can explore nature, build confidence, and make new friends—one trail at a time.And we didn’t forget about the parents!While your child enjoys their guided hike, you can get your sweat on at our Adults-Only Bootcamp led by the amazing, Muscle by Russell!It’s the perfect way for the whole family to stay active—a win-win for everyone!
⏰ Timing:• Hikers: 4-7 Meet at:8:15 a.m.• Hike starts: 8:30 a.m. sharp | Hikers: 8-12 Meet at 9:45 Hike Starts: 10AM
Trail: Grassland Loop Trail (easy)Distance: Approx. 0.6–0.75 miles (round trip)Pace: Gentle, with lots of nature stops and water breaksFocus: Exploration, fun, and building comfort with trail walking
What to Expect:
- Light stretch and warm-up at 8:15 AM
- Guided group hike through shady trees and open grass areas
- Opportunities to spot bugs, birds, and cool plants!

- Led by adult volunteers with group supervision🌤️ Hats, sunscreen, and water strongly encouraged 🥾 Close-toed shoes required
🧃 Snack & water break included at end of trail
💬 General Notes:
- Children must be checked in and out by a parent or guardian
- Please bring a reusable water bottle (we’ll have extras!)
- Bathrooms are available near the parking lot
- Waivers must be signed at check-in or submitted online

Parental ResponsibilityI understand that while adult supervision will be provided, parents and guardians are ultimately responsible for ensuring their child’s safety and readiness to participate in this event.
Photo ReleaseBy attending this event, I grant permission for Kids That Run LA to take and use photographs and/or video of participants for promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, and future marketing materials. If I do not wish for my child to be photographed, I will notify event staff upon check-in.
