By joining this programme, your kids can get more active, try new things, and meet new friends through a variety of yoga classes, including Mat Yoga and AntiGravity Aerial Yoga.

Mondays 10:30-11:30am Mat Yoga with Catherine
Tuesdays 2-3pm AntiGravity Kids Aerial Yoga with Cindy
Wednesdays 2-3pm May Yoga with Catherine

Summer Holiday Offer: HK$750/week

About Kids Mat Yoga
Kids yoga is designed to promote early, healthy habits in our youth. The world, with all its technology, screens and digitalised media, can be an overwhelming place for a child. As a child grows and matures, they must make sense of and be able to process all that surround them. In our fast-paced, busy, competitive society, a child’s means of finding balance and calm is becoming more and more challenging, putting their mental and emotional health at risk.
Yoga is not age or gender dependent. It is a life skill that can be practiced at any time for any duration, anywhere with anyone and everyone. It welcomes every individual and caters to the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of every unique child.
The Yoga Room is proud to inform parents about its new, kids yoga classes starting in July. These classes will enable children to move into yoga poses and learn breathing techniques through fun games, stories, riddles and explorative play, providing them with a pleasurable experience that also gives them all the therapeutic benefits of yoga.
