Give your young chef the ultimate spring break experience: the gift of confidence in the kitchen. Over the course of three days (from 9:30-11am each day), we’re turning the stovetop over to the kids as they learn to master a full three-course meal from start to finish.This isn’t just about following a recipe—it’s about the strategy behind a great dinner. Our young creators will learn the essential “behind-the-scenes” skills, from organizing a smart shopping list to the art of mise en place (prepping ingredients before the heat is on).
The Curriculum:
The Menu: Each student will learn to execute one signature appetizer, a balanced main dish with a side, and a delicious dessert.
The Execution: We’ll practice preparation and writing a good shopping list so they can comfortably recreate the entire meal for the family at home.
The Presentation: We believe we eat with our eyes first. We’ll teach them professional plating techniques to ensure their final dishes look as stunning as they taste.
By the final day, your child won’t just be a “helper” in the kitchen—they’ll be a mini-chef ready to take the lead. This camp is hands-on, high-energy, and limited to 16 participants to ensure everyone gets plenty of time at the cutting board.
