Join us for a special kid's yoga class to help your child wind down right before bedtime! This class will be space themed and kid's are welcome to come in their pajama's and bring their favorite stuffed animal. We will start with a yoga practice, relaxing activities, a bedtime story and end with relaxation time in savasana with a special journey into space.
