Our wellness event will be held at the Kettering Recreation Center on April 5th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. This event will include wellness activites to help you feeling your best!
Some activites include: a Floating Sound Bath in the pool, Restorative Yoga, Charcuterie Board and Refreshements and Wellness Gift Bags to take home with you. Please bring a swim suit, towel and pool float if you have one.
