Who: Kids ages 5-12
During this specialty workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of self-defense (Krav Maga) and educate your children how they can use situational awareness to stay safe.
Our goal is to educate everyone on how to stay safe and also give them the tools to defend themselves when contact occurs. This presentation will consist of part lecture and physical training.
By learning the basics of self-defense, you help to prepare yourself for dangerous and unforeseen circumstances.
During this workshop your kiddo's will learn:
Situational Awareness and how to develop better awareness
Goal Setting and Reaching Goals
Basic Krav Maga Defenses, Wrist Grabs and Hair Grabs. Defense's that actually work!
They will also learn about de-escalation and verbal boundaries
Join us for an exciting workshops, let those kiddos learn some valuable information while also having fun.
Participants should register online. This is an interactive workshop but all are welcome to attend and watch. f you have questions, please reach out to Premier.
