Kansas Half Marathon Training Program Kick-Off

This is YOUR YEAR to run the Kansas Half Marathon--and this is THE PROGRAM to make it happen!
Heartland Galloway's 18-week run/walk training program builds from 5K all the way up to half marathon distance. The GALLOWAY METHOD makes the training safe and enjoyable for people of every age, shape, and size.
Just three runs per week--two short solo runs, and one longer group run--is all it takes. Even the busiest of folks can complete this program, and better yet, it's an investment in yourself!
This kick-off workout is FREE, open to everyone, and appropriate for run/walkers of ALL ABILITIES. The full program is regularly $120 (for 18 weeks, that's less than a dollar a day)--BUT folks who register for both the program and the race receive a significant discount: JUST $145 FOR BOTH, a savings of $50!
