About this Event
In this relaxed and welcoming 2-hour class, young cooks will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch using simple ingredients and traditional techniques. We’ll mix and knead dough, roll and shape different pasta styles, and prepare a delicious homemade sauce to enjoy together.
This workshop is all about building confidence in the kitchen, encouraging creativity, and having fun with food in a friendly cookery school environment.
Children will be guided step by step by a professional tutor, with plenty of opportunities to get involved, ask questions, and enjoy the process.
