Let your kids stretch, move, and have fun at a special Kids Movement Class hosted by The Hot Yoga Spot! Designed for children ages 5–9, this energetic, age-appropriate class encourages movement, coordination, and confidence in a playful and supportive environment.

The class is limited to 20 children to ensure plenty of space and individual attention.
Cost: $10 per child.

Perfect for kids who love to move or need a fun way to burn off some energy! Tickets required.
