In this upbeat camp, kids step into the world of K-Pop–inspired heroes as they explore teamwork, confidence, and self-regulation through playful missions and energizing movement.
Campers will stretch, balance, dance, breathe, and collaborate as they learn fun yoga poses, rhythm-based movement flows, and calming mindfulness tools. Through creative storytelling and group games, children build social skills, strengthen their bodies, and connect with new friends.
