Date: Saturday 6th June

Time: 2:00pm - 4:30pm*

Location: Meeting at Sutherland's Grove Car Park, to cycle around the trails in the area.

Skill level: Advanced riders

*Finish time may be revised based on weather and speed of the group. Please be available to pick-up your child(ren) earlier or later than 4:30pm.

Join us out on the trails for one of our led mountain bike rides this Big Bike Weekend! These guided rides are perfect for young riders who are eager to explore the great outdoors, meet other riders, and develop their biking skills. This year, we are offering rides for advanced riders, led by Junior DH Champion Daniel Parfitt! We'll explore some of the best trails at Sutherland's Grove, whislt ensuring a safe and exciting adventure for everyone.

What to Bring:

A good quality mountain bike in good working condition (mandatory)
A properly fitting helmet (mandatory)
Water bottle and snacks
Comfortable clothing, layers suitable for the weather, and sturdy shoes
Sunscreen and insect repellent

Additional Information:

The ride is suitable for kids that have previous mountain biking experience and are comfortable on RED trails.
Whilst parents/guardians are not able to join on the ride (due to rider:participant ratios), we encourage you to bring your own bike along and have a cycle whilst your child is out with us!
Registration is required to ensure we have all the information required about your child for the ride.
In case of very bad weather, the event will be rescheduled, and participants will be notified in advance.
Registration is by donation - please pay as much or as little as you can. Unlike previous years, we have not received funding from Event Scotland and have therefore had to scale the event accordingly. As a small charity we would appreciate the help we can get to get as many kids out and enjoying time on their bikes this summer!
