Reiho (Etiquette): The traditions and respectful demeanor that are the foundation of all martial arts.
Basic Cuts: Learning the fundamental striking techniques to the head, wrist, and body.
No experience is needed! We provide a safe, structured, and fun environment for all new students. Just wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes (We have the rest)
