Camp runs July 20, 21, and 22nd!A hands-on bread baking camp where campers will learn the magic of yeast, dough building, shaping techniques, and artisan-style baking from scratch. From fluffy rolls to chewy pretzels, this week is all about mastering the basics of homemade bread!
Day 1: Discover the magic of yeast while making honey oat wheat sandwich bread, prepping overnight no-knead ciabatta dough, and baking a quick bread while learning the difference between yeast breads and quick breads.
Day 2: Shape and bake artisan ciabatta bread, create custom compound butters with your choice of flavors and mix-ins, and learn two different ways to make soft homemade yeast rolls.
Day 3: Twist and bake traditional Bavarian pretzels and create beautiful focaccia bread art using herbs, vegetables, and colorful toppings.

Limited to 12 children. Ages 6-12.
All supplies and ingredients provided. Students take home their baked projects each day.
