Using safe, vibrant UV paints, we’ll watch our feline friends and pumpkin pals light up in brilliant neon colors!The party doesn’t stop at painting- we’re also hosting a Halloween Costume Competition with fun prizes for the most creative, spooky, and hilarious outfits. So dress up, bring your imagination, and get ready for a fang-tastic time!
