We’re thrilled to invite your little ones to our kids’ yoga class at Self Sacred, designed especially for ages 3 to 9! 🌿

In this special session, we’re excited to introduce our wonderful new yoga teacher, Vedi. The class will explore how nature can help us understand and balance our emotions.

✨Through fun games, creative art activities🎨, and playful yoga poses 🧘inspired by the natural world, your kiddos will learn how the beauty of nature can help calm their minds and bodies. Vedi will guide them in discovering ways to connect with their feelings, using nature as a tool to express and release emotions—skills they can carry with them long after class. (Your ticket includes all materials, supplies, instruction, take home activites, and yoga mats to use for our classes)

We have two time slots available:

• Ages 3-5: 10:30 AM
• Ages 6-9: 11:30 AM

With only 6 spots available in each class, it’s a perfect opportunity for your little ones to stretch, move, and play while exploring how nature can help them feel more balanced and relaxed.
