About this Event
We’re beyond excited to invite you and your little ones to our super fun, yoga class at Self Sacred, just for ages 3 to 7! ?. (if you have a younger or older little one please contact us to see if we can accomidate)
✨In this special class, we're introducing our amazing new yoga teacher, Vedi.
The class goal will be focusing on nurturing emotional awareness, self-regulation, and a deep sense of connection to both self and the natural world.
Through guided mindfulness practices including yoga, art, science, literacy, deep breathing, and group activites, teacher Vedi will guide children to learn tools to calm their minds, understand their feelings, and express themselves with confidence.??
The goal is to foster resilience, empathy, and a sense of wonder, helping your child navigate their emotions with greater ease. Beyond the session, they’ll take home a stronger ability to manage big feelings, a sense of accomplishment, and a newfound appreciation for the calming beauty of nature your kiddos will get to understand these concepts, learn about themselves and feel their best.
