Kids Functional Workout at The Foundation

Looking for a fun and active way to get your kids moving? Join us for our Kids Functional Workout, designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence through coach-led games and movement.

Session Times & Age Groups:
• 9:00 AM — Ages 2–6
• 9:30 AM — Ages 6–11
• 10:00 AM — Ages 11–14

This in-person event gives kids the chance to burn energy, stay active, make new friends, and have a great time in a supportive gym environment.
