Kids Fitness with KidStrong at Moncus Park is a fun, high-energy pop-up designed to help kids build strength, confidence, and important life skills through movement and play. Led by the KidStrong team, this engaging program supports brain, physical, and character development for children from walking age to 11 years old.Families are invited to join us outdoors for an active experience that encourages teamwork, coordination, and confidence in a welcoming park setting. This program is completely free and open to the community with no registration required.
