Kids under the age of 10 (& accompanying adult); join us for our KIDS DRUM CIRCLE & SOUND BATH!Drumming is for EVERYONE!! We will start our event with repetitive drumming as a group using a fun and easy drumming technique to get our mind and body into theta state. Next, each child is drummed for several minutes by the other children. Followed by a short sound bath (where the kids are invited to help!)
•No previous experience required!
•Bring your drums & rattles or borrow one of ours!
•Yoga mats/blankets provided or feel free to bring your own!
