Join Erin Mello for a fun, interactive, and uplifting Kids Drum Circle designed to help children unplug, move energy, connect socially, and experience the calming benefits of rhythm and sound.
In a world where many children are spending increasing amounts of time on screens, devices, gaming, and social media, this class offers a healthy and supportive opportunity to step away from technology and reconnect with the present moment through music, movement, rhythm, and creativity.
Drumming and rhythm based activities can help support emotional regulation, focus, self expression, relaxation, nervous system balance, and social connection while also giving children a positive outlet for stress and overstimulation.
Children are welcome to bring their own drum or use one of ours. We will have drums, rattles, and rain sticks available for participants to explore and enjoy during the experience.
This playful and welcoming class encourages:
