About this Event
We will run a series of craft clubs for children throughout spring and summer. Your young ones will learn new creative skills amongst friends and take home their projects. Each session is designed to inspire them to carry on what they have learnt at home and extend their crafts. Ages 5–11.
About Sima
Sima is a published, passionate and enthusiastic artist dedicated to inspiring young minds and adults with all forms of creative wellness and art therapy. Coming from a professional background in marketing and events Sima has always had a varied, creative skillset which has contributed in different events to cater for the community. Sima started running the children’s craft clubs online in lockdown when kids were taken out of schools and isolated from their friends. This was a great way for kids to keep mentally stimulated and socially engaged all whilst creating an art project every week. These were designed to fall in line with school curriculum guidelines and also be carried on at home with extra supplies in each craft pack. These sessions have now grown in to something much more than zoom sessions and can now be accessed by kids on a more personal level.
