About this Event
Course: Kid-Level Beginner
Each child will receive 4, freshly baked cookies to decorate with royal icing and will learn tips and techniques for decorating cookies with royal icing!
Appropriate for children aged 7+ (if you have a child younger than 7 years old who is baking lover/savant, totally up to your discretion to attend!)
All items and tools needed to decorate will be provided for use during the workshop. A box will be provided to take your cookies home in.
Techniques taught in class will include:
- how to cut and use tipless piping bags
- how to use different icing consistencies
- how to outline cookies
- how to flood cookies
- how to use "wet-on-wet" techniques
- pressure piping
- how to flood separate sections to create dimensional details
All cookies for this class are Vanilla Flavor (no nuts)

All cookies & materials are prepared within those 3 days prior to a class and I do not get the time and materials back if someone cancels or does not show up for the class.
