The MATS Summer Camp is designed to help kids grow physically and mentally in a positive, structured environment.
This program helps kids develop:

-Respect, discipline, and teamwork
By combining Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, yoga practice, and chess strategy, kids learn how to stay calm, think clearly, and respond intelligently in challenging situations.
