🌟 �Join our After School Yoga Club every Wednesday, 3.30–4.30pm in the Sebert Wood Drama Studio!
Led by Lyndsey Allsopp primary teacher with 30 years experience, currently teaching dance and yoga as part of the pupils' PE offer in Sebert Wood School
✨ Open to all Sebert Wood pupils in Years 1–6
✨ Each week we’ll enjoy:
�🌈 Fun games and gentle movement
�🌬️ Breathing and relaxation activities
�💪 Building self-confidence and body confidence
�💖 Learning simple ways to manage feelings in a safe, comfortable space
🗓️ When: Wednesdays, 3.30–4.30pm
