12:30 to 1:30pm FOR BEGINNERS, AGES 7 - 16. In this workshop, kids will be introduced into the amazing world of aerial yoga! This workshop is tailored just for beginners and those needing extra 1:1 attention. Your child will discover how they can build strength, flexibility, and creativity while having a blast in soft fabric hammocks!Our focus is on fun and exploration, rather than competition. Your child will feel supported and encouraged to try new things in a friendly, non-competitive environment. Every class wraps up with a bit of calming mindfulness to leave kids feeling more centered and refreshed. Spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention, so be sure to pre-register early to secure your spot.
2:30 - 3:30pm
This class welcomes all levels but is designed with advanced exploration in mind. Kids will have the opportunity to continue developing their aerial yoga skills at their own pace. While advanced students can focus on intricate poses and building independence, strength, and self-control, beginners are encouraged to explore foundational movements in a supportive environment. Each session wraps up with calming mindfulness exercises, leaving everyone feeling centered and refreshed. AGES 7 - 16.
