MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Nathalie (@lotusyogawithnathalie) is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) and level 2 Reiki Practitioner. Nathalie has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students, including active physically fit individuals, seniors, elderly individuals in memory care and nursing homes, and ASL students. These experiences have taught her how to adapt and customize her classes to meet unique needs and capabilities, ensuring each person feels supported and empowered in their practice. Nathalie's classes are thoughtful, offering a mixture of traditional yogic practices, somatic movement, breathwork, energy work, and alignment to help guide you toward balance on and off the mat.
