Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Parental Responsibility The Kids Activity Pass is an activity access pass, NOT a childcare or babysitting service. At least one parent or legal guardian must remain present at the venue at all times and is required to continuously check on their child throughout the event. Children may not be dropped off and left unattended.
2. Supervision Requirement Parents/guardians are solely responsible for the safety, behavior, and well-being of their child(ren) at all times during the event, including while the child is in the Kids Activity Zone. Activity staff are present to facilitate activities only and do not assume custodial responsibility for any child.
3. Release of Liability By purchasing this pass and bringing your child to the event, you acknowledge and agree that RK Entertainment, its organizers, staff, volunteers, vendors, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for:
- Any injury, accident, illness, or harm to any child
- Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Any emotional distress or discomfort experienced by the child
- Any incident occurring inside or outside the Kids Activity Zone
- Any action or behavior of the child or of other attendees
4. Assumption of Risk Parents/guardians voluntarily assume all risks associated with their child's participation in the event and the Kids Activity Zone activities.
5. Medical & Emergency Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at check-in. In case of emergency, parents must be reachable and present on-site at all times.
6. Code of Conduct RK Entertainment reserves the right to remove any child from the Activity Zone if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund. The child must then remain with the parent/guardian for the remainder of the event.
7. No Refunds The Kids Activity Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Photography The event may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to your child potentially appearing in event media unless you notify organizers in writing in advance.
By completing this purchase, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
