These gentle Thursday sessions are designed for children who enjoy quiet, calm time and would benefit from learning simple relaxation techniques in a nurturing environment.The focus will be on relaxation, breathing, mindfulness, imagination and calming activities. There will be a little gentle movement. The emphasis is on helping children feel safe, settled and relaxed.
Please note these Thursdays are not consecutive
